As part of the annual meeting, we ask that members vote on some amendments to the bylaws (which you can view here), and election of officers, and new and renewing board members. The online ballot is now available. Please email Ruth at ruth@3rlt.org for the link. We will have time during the business meeting for questions or discussion if needed. Voting will end on Sunday, May 22 at 5 PM.
Idey Abdi lives in Lewiston, Maine but is studying government at Cornell University. Her advocacy lies at the intersection of racial and climate justice. She is also passionate about human and immigration rights.
Yani Nganzobo grew up in South Africa but is originally from The Democratic Republic of Congo. She’s a business major at The University of Maine at Machias.
Jeni Nganzobo is a University of Maine at Machias international student in her junior year. She enjoys participating in community work and getting to know more about how she can help her community.
